App: Canopy

Canopy is a simple utility app. We collect no personal data through normal use of the App. The only exception is if you choose to submit feedback via our optional feedback form, in which case you may provide your email address voluntarily. This policy exists to be transparent and to meet Apple's App Store requirements.
We do not collect any personal information through normal use of the App. The App does not collect location data, device identifiers, analytics, financial information, health data, photos, or any other personally identifiable information.
The one exception is our optional feedback form (powered by Google Forms, accessible via the App's settings). If you choose to submit feedback, we collect the email address you provide solely to respond to your message. This information is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with third parties. Submitting feedback is entirely optional.
Canopy is distributed via the Apple App Store. Your use of the App Store is governed by Apple's own Media Services Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are separate from this document. The App does not integrate with any advertising networks or analytics platforms.
The App's optional feedback form is powered by Google Forms. If you use it, your submission is subject to Google's Privacy Policy in addition to this one. The App does not otherwise integrate with any third-party services.
When using Canopy, you must comply with any applicable third-party terms of service, such as your mobile carrier's wireless data service agreement.
This Privacy Policy and the EULA for Canopy are between you and Jack Miller only, not with Apple, Inc. Apple is not a party to and bears no responsibility for the App or its content.
Jack Miller is solely responsible for maintenance and support of Canopy. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
Jack Miller is solely responsible for any product warranties, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to Canopy.
Jack Miller — not Apple — is responsible for addressing any claims relating to Canopy or your use of it, including product liability claims, regulatory compliance claims, and claims under consumer protection or privacy legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that Canopy infringes that party's intellectual property rights, Jack Miller — not Apple — will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
By using Canopy, you represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Canopy EULA, and that Apple will have the right to enforce the EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary upon your acceptance of its terms.
Canopy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 13, please do not submit feedback through the feedback form.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on the App Store listing with a revised effective date. Continued use of Canopy after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
